From April 18th to 19th, the Sanming Municipal Government Office, National Development and Reform Commission, and Administrative Service Center Management Committee organized a delegation to Shanghai for inspection and study.The delegation visited the urban operation and management center, enterprise service center, and administrative service center in four districts including Pudong New Area, Yangpu District, Hongkou District, and Jiading District, and gained an in-depth understanding of the innovative experiences and practices of government service reforms such as "one network service," "one window service," "one code service," "one business, one certificate," and "easy and fast service."
During the inspection process, the Management Committee of the Sanming Administrative Service Center signed "inter-provincial cooperation" cooperation agreements for public services with the Yangpu District and Hongkou District Administrative Service Centers respectively. Since May, Sanming City, Yangpu District, and Hongkou District have officially established a "trans-provincial cooperation" partnership in public services. The signing of the cooperation agreement will promote the effective implementation of the new government service model of "unified standards, mutual authorization, off-site acceptance, remote processing, and collaborative linkage", realize "nearby processing, one-time completion" for enterprises and people in the two places, and further enhance the satisfaction and sense of gain of the people of the two places.
In the next step, the Management Committee of the Municipal Administrative Service Center will take this inspection as an opportunity to learn from Shanghai's advanced experience and practices in public services, continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation between the two places in the field of public services, improve the overall level of our city's public services, and continuously optimize the business environment.
