With the continuous advancement of science and technology and the continuous development of "one-stop service" digital public services, the handling model of community affairs acceptance service centers is also constantly upgraded and more humane. At present, residents can choose to go to offline windows, self-service terminals, mobile phones and PC terminals according to their own circumstances. More and more processing modes can provide residents with more convenient services.
In December last year, in order to further optimize the service model and expand the scope of services, the Fangsong Street Community Affairs Acceptance Service Center added a virtual remote acceptance point in Thames Town. Through remote operation, it can handle business face-to-face with staff through video. So far, it has realized remote acceptance of business for more than 30 residents.
On this basis, the center has fully investigated the needs of residents and found that there are still some residents in the area who are unable to apply offline due to old age, health and other reasons. They are also unable to apply online because they are not good at operating mobile phones. For such people who have difficulties in getting services, the center introduced a new "mobile virtual service" in July this year. "Window", this is the first device in the region that uses portable handheld tablet computers, portable printers, remote card readers and other equipment to realize remote device reading of public services, remote queuing of community affairs acceptance service centers, two-way audio and video connections, form printing, sample display, paper image mutual transmission and printing, electronic signature transmission and other functions. The arrival of "mobile virtual windows" breaks the spatial limitations of public services, focuses on the needs of specific groups of people in the community, and delivers more efficient, convenient, and warm public services to residents.

August 1st is Army Day, and the red high temperature warning has been sounded, but the hot weather cannot stop us from serving the people. The "door-to-door service team" composed of center director Huang Lina, deputy director Yang Kaihong and two staff members are carrying "portable remote "Cheng All-in-one Machine" rushed to the residential area to provide "all-in-one service and door-to-door service" remote door-to-door service for two elderly people. The service targets were Shen Rongsen of Jinguiyuan and Chen Yunfei of Dongding Celebrity Mansion in the jurisdiction. At the same time, they became the first batch of door-to-door service experiencers. The two elderly people are both veterans. Due to their advanced age, limited mobility due to illness, and their children not around, they have been unable to handle the business. After learning about the relevant situation, the center director and business managers, accompanied by the cadres of the neighborhood committee, came to apply for the meal subsidy for the elderly. At the same time, he gave detailed answers to the subsidy policies and comprehensive reduction of medical insurance burdens that the elderly are more concerned about, and reminded the elderly about matters related to the expiration of the retirement card. Today, we not only provide them with some coolness on hot days, but also want to express our high respect for the retired military personnel and pay tribute to the "cutest people" with practical actions.
On the occasion of Army Day, the center pays tribute to the veterans. The center combines its own advantages and provides "one-stop service" remote door-to-door services for retired soldiers. It does its best to show its kindness, always be grateful, and always remember the soldiers who defend the motherland.

In recent years, the Songjiang District Civil Affairs Bureau has continued to promote the standardization of community affairs acceptance service centers in our district, focusing on the "two-pronged approach" to the hardware environment and management system. It has carried out "window services" through 17 community affairs acceptance service centers (3 branch centers and 1 service station) in the district, carried out "self-service services" by opening self-service areas, and carried out "extended services" by setting up remote virtual window points (21 points have been set up in the district) ), by carrying out "online services" with mobile terminals such as Citizen Cloud, WeChat applet, Alipay applet, etc. This time, by promoting the use of mobile virtual window equipment to carry out "door-to-door services", we will continue to deepen the exploration of new models and new paths for convenient services, and strive to build a "five-service" service model of "window services", "self-service services", "extended services", "online services" and "door-to-door services", to effectively enhance residents' sense of access and satisfaction.
